On to nicer things....
My brother Simon and his wife Dawn are expecting their first baby (together) this Friday. My brother is as proud as punch. So am I. They don't know whether it's going to be a boy or a girl yet. I think they want a girl as they say it'll give them less grief than a boy. Now that's a matter of opinion!

Simon told me if it turns out to be gay they want Marky and I to be involved with part of the parenting to make sure it has two positive gay role models. I was touched. Unless of course he's just fishing for a free baby-sitter! :)
