Bettye Lavette...
On Monday night the rather sexy Stuart treated me to Bettye Lavette at the Jazz Cafe. What an amazing performer. What an amazing performance. She could sing, she cound dance, she kept us entertained with her quips. With not one bum note the entire 90 minutes the 60 year old soul singer certainly knew how to belt them out. She made the hair stand up on the back of your arm. Just lovely.
