  6. Mad old Emperor Caligula. He had sex with his oldest sister, Drusilla. Ripped the baby from her womb because he thought it might be a God and usurp him. Drusilla died from her wounds. His horse, Incitatus, was made a Senator and he also tried to make him Consul. Hence the Electtus Incitatus badges.
