Where to start? Helsinki is fab. Stuart and I loved the place.
From the people we met on our 2 hour ferry ride over from Estonia, to the Nordic charm of the people we met when we arrived, their black clothes, their sweet smiles, and their blue eyes.
From the magnificent white marble Helsinki Cathedral, the epic crimson Uspenski Cathedral, the quaint Helsinki Market Square, the Esplanadi Park, to the impossibly cute Old Market Hall with its glorious baked potatoes with unlimited toppings.
From the fabulous Finnish National Theatre, the stunning Helsinki Grand Central Station, to the amazing Helsinki Central Oodi Library with its free board games and video games.
And then there was the funky-looking Helsinki Museum of Contemporary Art; where we had more fun than we should do.
We loved it all. Really recommended.
