Great to see everybody at the GG handout / meet-up last night. Thanks to those who made the effort to come and chat.
On the pitch, Arsenal secured the 2-1 victory over Fulham as Mikel Merino opened the scoring in the 36th minute, with Bukayo Saka marking his return from injury by doubling the lead in the 72nd minute.
Fulham's Rodrigo Muniz netted a late goal in added time, but it was only a consolation for the Cottagers.
The match was marred by injuries to key defenders Gabriel Magalhães and Jurrien Timber, raising concerns ahead of Arsenal's upcoming Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid.
Onwards and upwards, my friends.
