Brain teasers...
a) If it takes Alicia 3 hours to paint a fence, and it takes Mark 6 hours to complete the same job. How long would it take both of them working together at their normal paces to complete the same job?
b) A mathematical one....
a+b = c
a+b+a+b = c+a+b
2a+2b-2c = c+a+b-2c
2*(a+b-c) = (a+b-c)
Therefore 2 = 1
What is wrong?
