We washed, we squeezed, we chopped, we depithed, we boiled, we stirred, and we cooled 1 kilo of organic Seville oranges 🍊, a couple of lemons 🍋, and 2 kilos of sugar making 12 jars of delicious Highbury marmalade. And blimey it tastes good.
We’ve gone for a lighter, sweeter, more orangey flavour this year. Tastes like super delicious sweet orange nectar Perfect on hot buttered toast. Yum!
