Olympics Weightlifting...

We went to the ExCel to see Olympic Weightlifting on Sunday. We saw a guy lift over 3x his own body weight - only the 5th person in history to have ever managed that. Amazing! Oh and I met David Miliband!  He was charming, friendly, funny and quite fit. #newlabour #hottie
