It’s that time of year again. Stuart and I have been cooking.
We washed, we squeezed, we chopped, we sliced, we boiled, we stirred, and we cooled 1 kilo of Seville oranges 🍊, a lemon 🍋, and 2 kilos of sugar making 16 jars of delicious Highbury marmalade. And blimey it tastes good.
Once again we’ve gone for a lighter, sweeter, more orangey flavour this year. Slightly firmed too. Tastes like super delicious sweet orange nectar. Perfect on hot buttered toast. Yum!
