Why the fuck do people think it’s completely ok to hold a hands-free phone conversation in a small waiting room? And TWO people are doing it at the same time. It’s utter chaos. They are all shouting over each other’s conversations! Its bedlam. Shall I do it too? 
I’m only here at The London Clinic to have a frozen shoulder examined. If I could, I would throw my hands up in horror!
