The Cripple of Inishmaan...

Last night Stu and I went to see The Cripple of Inishmaan at the Noel Coward Theatre in London's glitzy West End.

Starring Daniel Radcliff as 'Cripple Billy' it told the story of a disabled boy, his extended family, friends and enemies. Set in the 1930s it pulled no punches with it's un-PC language but was very funny all the same. A sort of Father Ted meets Sickipedia.

"I shouldn't laugh at you Billy.. but I will!"

Spoken in deep Irish accents it was occasionally hard to follow but always laugh out loud funny. Go see!

Luckily there were no idiots fans in the audience stage whispering, "Dan!.. Dan!.. Dan!.. DAN!.."

Harry Potter Studio Tour...

On Saturday Stu treated me to a trip to the Harry Potter Studio tour at the Warner Bros studios in Leavesden. It was amazing. So much to see. Props, sets, costumes, designs, video clips, effects, photos and make-up. Very well put together and 3 hours very well spent.

Hop on Stu we've missed the Knight bus.

My Weekend In A Nutshell...

Friday: Loved Harry Potter 7a. Just like the book; dark, moody and threatening. Body count pleasingly high. Intense in tents. One for the fans.

Friday: Loved Eastenders + Coronation Street = East Street on Children In Need. Great idea of half the cast swapping soaps for the day.

Saturday: Had posh brekkie of champagne and pate before the Arsenal game with Paul. I like to get the celebrations in early #arsenal #spurs #emiratesstadium (Oh. I spoke too soon 2-0 up at HT and we fucked it up losing 2-3 to Spurs)

Sunday morning: Not too early is it? (hic) — at Vinopolis with Stuart (using Darren and Mark's birthday gift of wine tour for two)

Oh, and here is the Doctor Who Christmas Special trailer:
