It’s that time of year again. First batch of Highbury homemade sloe gin decanted, filtered, sweetened, tasted, & bottled. Second batch infusing. Nice pink colour. Tastes magnificent, if I say so myself. Hic! 😉🤪
And Stuart’s excellent quince jelly was jarred up too.
